A one of a kind opportunity to scale the highest mountain in UAE from just over sea level, through a route that will leave you speechless. Starting off from Wadi Ghalilah dam and pushing our way up towards the top ridge of Jebel Jais, passing through several settlements with views that will leave you in Awe!
This hike will take you through the less known North Side of Jabel Jais.
This trip is not to be taken lightly. We will start at an elevation of just over 100m and push our way up to 1640m.
It requires high fitness and cardio along with very high endurance and mental strength. The scrambling part is challenging and a good understanding of this nature is required. However this trip is not technical and no rope skills is involved. If you are sports active, have good fitness, and want to challenge yourself then this trip is for you. The number of attendees is limited to a small group to keep a good pace.

Due to the logistic nature of this trip those leaving from Dubai/Abu Dhabi have to move early morning.
So before you sign up make sure you are able to wake up early for the meeting time.

• Reach the wadi in RAK at approximately 7:40 am
• Light breakfast before hike (provided)
• 8-9 +/- Hour hike starting at 8:00 am (moderate to fast pace)
• Reach back to parking around 5:00 pm.
