La MOULINA - A Transformative Wim Hof Method Retreat

WHAT? A transformative Wim Hof Method retreat in the middle of nature.
WHERE? Location: Liguria, ITALY
WHEN? Date: August 02 till 07, 2022.

A dedicated retreat to deeply experience the 3 pillars of the WHM; breathing, cold exposure and mindset, while enjoying the beautiful nature of Liguria, Italy.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
 

You will learn progressively and profoundly the WHM breathwork and train gradually with the cold and ice bath with a proper mindset build up. This practice will get deeper during the week.

We will be based in the old rustic olive mill, next to the river and surrounded by the forest around. We will gradually practice the method and enjoy the connection with nature's elements.
 

The training program , some activities and gatherings will be in the main center house of the Moulina and around in nature. We offer camping options with the tent & mattress or limited rooms on-site to stay in for the night.

Healthy homemade vegetarian & vegan food included, from locally grown products with the Italian infusion.

PRICE:
EARLY BIRD till June 30th: 1200 Euros
Basic accommodation in tents: 1400 Euros (we can provide up to 10ppl)
 

INCLUDES:
